Relationship to Other Tabs

Insights aggregate information from:

  • Revenue — Overdue invoices, pending proposals
  • At Risk — Risk factors surfaced as insights
  • Pending — Items waiting too long
  • Projects — Stalled or at-risk projects

The Insights tab is a prioritized view across all these sources.

Best Practices

Don't ignore Critical items

They're flagged Critical for a reason—revenue or relationships at stake.

Act on Important before they become Critical

A proposal expiring in 3 days becomes an expired proposal if ignored.

Capture Opportunities

Draft invoices ready to issue = revenue waiting to be collected.

The Insights tab tells you where to focus. Check it daily, act on Critical items immediately, and review Important items weekly.
