Workspace Calendar
The Workspace Calendar provides a monthly timeline view of all tasks across your workspace projects. Visualize deadlines, track due dates, and understand your team's workload distribution at a glance.
Accessing the Calendar
The Calendar is available as a tab within the Workspace Dashboard. Select the Calendar tab from the dashboard navigation to view the monthly calendar view.
Overview
The calendar aggregates tasks from all projects in your workspace, displaying them based on their start and due dates. Multi-day tasks appear as continuous bars spanning their duration, making it easy to see project timelines and identify scheduling conflicts.
Header Statistics
At the top of the calendar, two counters provide quick statistics:
- Tasks: Total number of tasks with dates in the current month
- Projects: Number of projects with scheduled tasks this month
Month Navigation
Navigate between months using the controls in the header:
- Previous arrow (←): Move to the previous month
- Next arrow (→): Move to the next month
- Month label: Displays the current month and year (e.g., "January 2025")
- Today button: Jump back to the current month

- Gray: Open/pending tasks
- Task code displays at the start of the bar
- Click any bar to open the task
