When creating a project, you will be able to create a “workflow template” to manage your tasks. You can use an available workflow template or create your own. This will be used to customize your GitScrum Board feature. You can make changes to your Workflow template later without affecting your tasks, so you can start creating a basic template.
Create a new Workflow Template
- Open your Workspace.
- On the Sidebar, click on “Workspace Settings”.
- Click on “Workspace Settings” » “Workflow” » “Create a new Template”.
- Type a name for your Workflow template – “Simple board” for example.
- Create task status with colored labels for your tasks, which will be used for your columns on your GitScrum Board.

Set a Default Workflow for all Projects
- Open your Workspace.
- Go to “Workspace Settings” » “Workflows”.
- Choose the template you want to use for all your projects.
- Pick up “(✓) Make this Template as standard for all projects”.

Share Template on GitScrum Marketplace
If you want to make your template available for other people to use:
- Open your Workspace.
- Go to “Workspace Settings” » “Workflows”.
- Choose the Workflow template you want to share.
- After, click on the “Share this Template on GitScrum Marketplace”.

Import Workflow Template from GitScrum Marketplace
- Click on the “Diamond” icon on the Header bar.
- Choose the “Workflow Template” from the available “GitScrum Marketplace”, according to your project needs.
- You can make a search to see if you find a specific workflow for your project (e.g: “Process for Software Development”).
- Select the “Workflow Template”, then click on “Copy Template”.
- After, click on “See Template in your Workspace”.
