Practical Tips

Start with active clients

Create records for clients you're currently billing. History builds as you use the system.

Use filters strategically

  • Overdue filter shows clients needing collection follow-up
  • Pending Payment shows cash flow at risk
  • With Proposals shows active sales opportunities

Check Insights regularly

Client-level insights surface issues specific to each relationship before they become problems.
