Project Members
The Members tab allows you to manage who has access to your project. You can add workspace teams or individual members, assign roles, and configure permission overrides. This tab is available to workspace owners, agency owners, and managers.
Overview
The interface is organized into two collapsible sections: Team Assignments for workspace teams with project access, and Individual Members showing all users who can access the project whether directly or through team membership.
A search input in the header lets you filter both teams and members by name, email, or role. The header displays counts showing how many teams and individual members are assigned.
Team Assignments Section
Click the "Team Assignments" header to expand or collapse this section. The header shows the current count of assigned teams.
Team Assignment Table
When teams are assigned to the project, a table displays:

- Team name with colored icon badge
- Click the row to expand and view team members
Members Column
- Count of members in that team
Assigned Column
- Date when the team was added to the project
- Hover for exact timestamp
Actions Column

Viewing Team Members
Click any team row to expand it and see the members of that team. The expanded section shows:

This helps you understand who gains project access through each team assignment.
Removing a Team
- Hover over the team row
- Click the trash icon in the Actions column
- Confirm in the dialog that appears
- The team loses project access immediately
Note: Individual members who also have direct access will retain their access when a team is removed.

These members show the workspace owner or project creator badge and do not display action buttons.

Permission Overrides
For fine-grained access control, you can override specific permissions for individual members:
- Find the member in the Individual Members table
- Click the sliders icon in the Actions column
- Toggle individual permissions on or off in the dialog
- Save to apply the overrides
Permission overrides let you grant or restrict specific capabilities beyond what the role normally allows.
Removing Members
- Find the member in the Individual Members table
- Click the trash icon in the Actions column
- Confirm in the dialog that appears
- The member loses access immediately
Members who have access only through team membership cannot be removed individually—you must remove the team instead.
Access Types
Members can have access to a project in two ways:
Direct Access
- Added individually to the project
- Shown with "Direct" badge in Access column
- Can be removed directly
Team Access
- Access through a workspace team assigned to the project
- Shown with "via [Team Name]" badge
- Cannot be removed individually—must remove the team
Some members may have both direct and team access. In this case:
- The "Direct" badge is shown
- They retain access if the team is removed
- They must be removed both directly and from the team to fully revoke access
