Team Standup

Visual dashboard that automatically tracks your team's daily activity across all workspace projects—no manual input required.

Overview

The Team Standup is an automated activity dashboard that aggregates data from all projects in your workspace. It provides instant visibility into:

• Who contributed and when
• Tasks completed yesterday
• Tasks in progress today
• Current blockers across projects
• Individual team member activity
• Weekly productivity trends

The header displays real-time stats: tasks done, active tasks, blocked items, and hours tracked across the entire workspace.

Dashboard Tabs

The Team Standup organizes information into six tabs. Click any tab to view that section.

Contributors Tab

The Contributors tab displays a GitHub-style activity chart showing all workspace contributors. This view includes:

• Activity heatmap visualization showing contribution patterns
• Complete list of contributors with their activity metrics
• Period selector to view different time ranges (week, month, all time)
• Aggregated task counts and hours tracked per contributor

This tab is available to all users and serves as the default view when you open the Team Standup.

Yesterday Tab

The Yesterday tab shows all tasks completed during the previous day across all workspace projects. Each task card displays:

• Task title
• Project it belongs to
• Assignee avatar
• Time tracked
• Priority indicator

Click any task to open its detail panel. This tab requires a Pro subscription.

Today Tab

The Today tab displays all tasks currently in progress across the workspace. The system automatically identifies active tasks based on task status. Each entry shows:

• Task title and status
• Project context
• Assigned team member
• Time tracked today

This gives managers and team leads instant visibility into what everyone is working on. This tab requires a Pro subscription.

Blockers Tab

The Blockers tab aggregates all blocked tasks from every project in the workspace. This centralized view helps identify issues that need attention:

• Blocked task title
• Which project it belongs to
• Reason for blocking
• How long it has been blocked
• Assigned team member

This tab requires a Pro subscription.

Team Tab

The Team tab provides a member-by-member breakdown of activity across all projects. For each team member you can see:

• Tasks completed today
• Tasks in progress
• Tasks completed this week
• Blocked items count
• Hours tracked today
• Activity status (working, available, or blocked)

An activity percentage shows relative productivity compared to other team members. This tab requires a Pro subscription.

Weekly Tab

The Weekly tab displays a chart showing productivity trends over the past seven days for the entire workspace. The chart visualizes:

• Tasks completed per day
• Tasks created per day
• Blocked items over time
• Daily hours tracked

This helps identify patterns, spot potential bottlenecks, and track team velocity. This tab requires a Pro subscription.

Header Stats Bar

At the top of the Team Standup, a stats bar provides workspace-wide metrics:

• Done: Total tasks completed (green indicator)
• Active: Tasks currently in progress (blue indicator)
• Blocked: Tasks with blockers (red indicator)
• Tracked: Total hours tracked (orange indicator)

These numbers aggregate data from all projects and update in real-time.

Refresh Button

Click the refresh button in the header to reload all data. This fetches the latest information from all projects without navigating away.

Pro Features

The following tabs require a Pro subscription:

• Yesterday
• Today
• Blockers
• Team
• Weekly

The Contributors tab is available to all users on any plan. Users without Pro access will see an upgrade prompt when clicking on Pro-gated tabs.

Task Interaction

Click any task in the standup views to open its detail panel. From there you can:

• View full task details
• Update task status
• Add comments
• Track time
• Manage assignments

The task opens in context, allowing you to make changes without leaving the standup view.

Best Practices

• Review daily: Check the workspace standup at the start of each day for team-wide visibility
• Monitor blockers: Use the Blockers tab to identify and resolve issues across projects
• Track trends: The Weekly tab helps spot patterns in team productivity
• Recognize contributors: Use the Contributors tab to acknowledge active team members
• Use filters: Focus on specific periods to analyze team performance
