Dashboard

The Dashboard is your workspace command center. It displays all projects as visual cards and provides access to statistics, calendar, manager views, and analytics through tabbed navigation.

The page header displays:

  • Workspace name with a dashboard icon
  • Settings button (gear icon) - Opens workspace settings

The tab bar provides access to different workspace views:

Project List Tab

Displays projects as a grid of cards. This is the default view.

Stats by Project Tab

Shows a table with project statistics including progress, tasks, sprints, stories, and members.

Calendar Tab (Pro)

Displays tasks across all projects in a calendar view. Requires Pro subscription.

Manager Overview Tab (Pro)

Shows KPIs, velocity charts, and project progress metrics. Requires Pro subscription.

Health & Blockers Tab (Pro)

Monitors project health with overdue tasks, stale items, and inactive project detection. Requires Pro subscription.

Project Age Tab

Analyzes the age distribution of tasks across projects.

Cumulative Flow Tab

Visualizes workflow state changes over time.

Weekly Activity Tab

Shows team activity patterns by day of week.

Filters Bar (Projects Tab)

When viewing the Projects tab, the filters bar shows:

Left Side - Workspace Stats

  • Project count - Total number of projects
  • Tasks count - Total tasks across all projects
  • Sprints count - Total sprints
  • Stories count - Total user stories
  • Members count - Total team members

Right Side - Actions

  • Search - Type to filter projects by name
  • Filter button - Opens status filter dropdown
  • New Project button - Creates a new project (Managers and Agency Owners only)

Status Filter

Click the Filter button to open the status dropdown:

  1. Select a status to show only projects with that status
  2. Select "All" to clear the filter
  3. Custom statuses configured in your workspace appear in the list

When a filter is active, a "Filtered" indicator appears in the stats area.

Project Cards

Each project appears as a card containing:

Card Header

  • Project logo - Square image identifying the project
  • Project name - Click anywhere on the card to open the project
  • Visibility indicator - Lock icon for private, eye icon for public
  • Status badge - Colored badge showing current status (Active, Completed, Archived)

Progress Bar

  • Visual bar showing completion percentage
  • Percentage displayed to the right
  • Bar color based on progress:
  • Green (high): 80%+ complete
  • Blue (medium): 40-79% complete
  • Yellow (low): Under 40% complete

Task Statistics

  • Total - All tasks in the project
  • Active - Tasks currently in progress (shown in blue)
  • Done - Completed tasks (shown in green)
  • Team avatars - Up to 3 member photos, with "+N" for additional members
  • Creation date - When the project was created (relative format like "2 months ago")

Hover over the creation date to see the exact timestamp.

Creating a New Project

Click the "New Project" button in the filters bar to open the project creation modal. This button is only visible to Managers and Agency Owners.

Pagination

Projects load in batches of 50. When more projects exist:

  1. A "Load More" button appears at the bottom
  2. Click to load the next batch
  3. The button shows how many projects remain

Empty State

When no projects exist or all are filtered out:

  • An empty folder icon appears
  • Text indicates no projects were found
  • Create your first project using the New Project button

Clicking a Project

Click any project card to open that project's Kanban board in a new tab. The project opens with its full task management interface.

Pro Feature Indicators

Some tabs display a "Pro" badge indicating they require a Pro subscription:

  • Calendar
  • Manager Overview
  • Health & Blockers

Clicking a Pro-gated tab without a subscription opens the upgrade modal.
